After running through the airports in Dallas and London…we made it to Athens just in time for the New Year’s Celebration. Keeping with the Breech tradition our first dinner was at God’s Restaurant at the base of the Parthenon.
Since it was New Year’s eve, seating was limited…so they improvised. You cannot tell from the picture, but we are sitting in the outdoor area with a few heaters to keep us warm. It was cold, but we all agreed the food was worth it.
Before calling it a night we decided to walk down to the Athen’s New Year’s eve party. Needless to say we are exhausted, but looking forward to the trip to Aegina tomorrow.
Happy New Year!!!
